Why use the wcc ePayPlan?

Enrolling in the plan is simple and secure

  1. After registering for a credit class, log in to Billing & Payments using Single Sign-On or your username and password if you are an authorized user
  2. Select Payment Plans
  3. Select View payment plan options
  4. Decide which plan suits your requirements then select Enroll in plan

To invite someone else to make payments, select the My Account tab, then under the Payers section select Send a payer invitation. Enter their first name, last name, and e-mail address and they will receive a password to access your account. You can remove their authorization at any time.

* Please note that if you are enrolling in a plan on a payment date, a percentage of your balance will also be required.

Please keep the following in mind when enrolling in a payment plan

  • Changes to payment due dates cannot be made.
  • If you miss your first payment date, you may be removed from the payment plan. If you are removed before the drop deadline, your classes may be dropped.
  • A request for payment is sent to your financial institution at approximately 4:30am on the payment date. Please make sure that funds are available.
  • If you need to change your payment method, you must do so at least one day prior to the next payment due date.
  • The system will send automated emails to your WCC account to remind you of an upcoming installment.
  • A $25 missed payment fee or returned check fee will be incurred for rejected credit cards or payments returned by your bank.
  • If you add or drop classes, the system automatically recalculates your remaining installment amounts by the next business day.
